Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Rated for Highest Level of Professional Excellence 2020

Rebecca (Becky) specializes in real estate, environmental, and business matters, assisting private and public clients with the complexities of various transactional and operational issues to maximize efficiency and value. She serves on sophisticated and diverse matters, including real estate matters, permitting and regulatory compliance, remediation and cost-recovery for contaminated properties, and corporate matters.

For her business clients, Becky helps them navigate various aspects of ownership and operations. This includes corporate matters, contracts, litigation and trials, labor and employment disputes, enforcement and defense of non-competition agreements, real estate transactions, start-up issues, creditor actions, intellectual property and trademark applications, liquor license and regulatory matters, administrative hearings, appeals, and sale and merger transactions. With this business-based, common-sense approach, Becky frequently acts as her clients' "in-house counsel," often consulting on their operational legal concerns and working with their other professional service providers to achieve their goals.

As a respected member of the legal community, Becky also serves as a case evaluator and neutral mediator to help others resolve their legal disputes. Becky has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star by her peers and also received an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, being peer-rated and judicially rated for the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standing.

Becky practiced at a large, national firm before joining Myers & Myers, PLLC in 2011. In 2010 and again each year in 2013-2020, she has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, which is an exclusive list of top-rated attorneys in specific practice areas who were chosen after nomination by their peers and thorough evaluation of numerous criteria.  Becky also received an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, being peer-rated and judicially rated for the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standing.

Becky uses her breadth of experience, professionalism, and standing in the community to achieve favorable results for her clients.
