Kristyn’s practice includes civil litigation, with an emphasis on state and federal employment discrimination and whistleblower/retaliation, real property and construction claims, and breach of contract claims. She also provides advice and counsel and represents clients on various business, employment, real property and estate planning matters.

After receiving her J.D., Kristyn practiced business immigration law with a firm in West Bloomfield, MI. She then moved to an international labor and employment firm, where she focused her practice on employment litigation. There, Kristyn represented clients in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Michigan Department of Civil Rights; the National Labor Relations Board; and the Department of Labor.

Kristyn is uniquely positioned to represent large and small businesses as well as individuals with their employment, business, real property and estate planning/business succession needs.
