Catherine (Catie) has over 10 years of experience as legal counsel to condominium and homeowners associations, including providing opinions regarding insurance responsibilities, bylaw/restriction violations, annual meetings, collection of unpaid assessments, recording liens, foreclosure lawsuits, bylaw enforcement lawsuits, reviewing and amending/rewriting documents, condominium FHA certification, and creditor bankruptcy rights.

As a former court officer and research clerk to the Honorable Patrick F. Cherry (Ret.) in the Lansing District Court, Catie was responsible for settling landlord/tenant matters between unrepresented parties.  She also has experience working with commercial landlords.

Catie is also trained in estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and designations of patient advocate.  She will make the process of planning and caring for your assets and loved ones a rewarding experience.
